UFO Encounter - Sound Art

As part of a Sound Art summer intensive course I just finished this month, I've create an audio piece depicting the sounds of a UFO encounter. The sounds are based off of descriptions of sounds in actual UFO witness reports. Click here to listen.

Tintypes!

After many experimentations over several months, I have made tintypes! Still need to practice the technique more, but I finally have some decent results. They are (of course) of UFO images, found online. More to come soon.

Sightings in Contact Photography Festival

My Sightings project will be exhibited in Contact Photography Festival for the month of May as part of the Junction BIA's programming at The Beet Organic Cafe. The show runs May 1-31st with the opening on May 3rd. Come check it out if you're in Toronto!

Planets

I am making a series of sculptural works that will go with my photographs. They are repurposed globes made to look like sci-fi planets. This is the trial one. More to come.

New Collages

A Strange Occurrence in the Forest

More Sightings 2 images. Experimenting with the idea of surveillance of a certain place, which has different people visiting it for some mysterious reason, all staring menacingly at the sky.

Possible Sightings 2

I have been shooting some images that could potentially be a continuation of my Sightings project. Examining what the images look like when people are staring into the sky, but there is nothing there, as opposed to the previous work, where campy UFOs are in the sky. Not sure about it yet, still think it needs another element added.
