Analog V. Digital at Foley Gallery

My photograph, Antigua at Blomstrandhalvøya, will be featured in the upcoming exhibition Analog V. Digital at Foley Gallery in New York City. The show opens on August 16th and runs until August 26th. Please check it out if you're in NYC!

ella629: Ella Morton is a Canadian visual artist living in Toronto. Her expedition-based practice has brought her to residencies and projects across Canada and the US as well as in Iceland, Denmark and Norway, exploring the relationship between landscape and mystery. She uses antiquated photographic technologies as a means of commenting on contemporary subject matter. Her work aims to provide insight into how human beings perceive a tension of the opposites – living in a quantifying, information-based culture and reflecting on the unquantifiable unknown.
